The Healthy Weight for Adolescents Program is designed to encourage healthy eating habits not only for the teenager, but for the whole family, promoting support in the home through this weight loss process. We encourage healthy eating as apposed to strict dieting to ensure sustainable healthy habits. The program also introduces physical activity -team sports, recreational and social activities.
